Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for purchasing artwork from Art by Myles Laurence.

We want customers to be happy with their purchase. Please read the policy below before placing an order.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging where possible
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable unless damaged or faulty:

  • Commissioned/custom artwork
  • Personalised items
  • Digital downloads
  • Items damaged after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the damage or item received

We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible through replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item arrived damaged.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an item has been shipped, standard return procedures apply.

Commissioned or custom artwork orders cannot usually be cancelled once work has begun.
