Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 working days unless otherwise stated (for example, during busy periods or for made-to-order artwork).

If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you via email.

Delivery Methods

We use a range of trusted postal and courier services depending on the size, value, and destination of your order. These may include:

  • Royal Mail
  • Parcel courier services (for larger artworks)

Delivery Times (UK)

Estimated UK delivery times after dispatch:

  • Standard delivery: 2–5 working days
  • Larger or framed items: 3–7 working days

Please note these are estimates and may vary during busy postal periods.

International Delivery

We do offer international shipping on selected items.

Delivery times vary depending on destination, typically:

  • Europe: 5–14 working days
  • Rest of world: 7–21 working days

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees that may apply in their country.

Packaging

All artwork is carefully packaged to protect it during transit. We use appropriate materials such as:

  • Protective wrapping
  • Cardboard backing (for prints)
  • Reinforced packaging for originals or fragile pieces

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • Size and weight of the item
  • Delivery location
  • Shipping method selected

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been dispatched, it is in the hands of the postal/courier service.

If your order appears delayed or lost:

  • Please allow additional time during busy periods
  • Contact us so we can assist with tracking or investigation

We will always do our best to resolve any delivery issues fairly.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrectly provided addresses.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional postage charges may apply to resend it.
